The P-Shot, or Priapus Shot, is an in-office procedure that injects platelet-rich plasma (PRP) drawn from the patient's own blood into the penis to support erectile function and sexual wellness.

Because it uses the patient's own platelets, it is autologous. Evidence is still emerging, so it is usually positioned as a complement to, not a replacement for, established ED therapies.
